الليبراليه في الأسلام - Liberalism in Islam

كثرت الأراء حول مفهوم الليبرالية و بعض الأحيان يتم دمجها مع العلمانيه و بعضً اخر توصف بالكفر. ببساطه تعريف الليبراليه هو كالأتي :- مذهب سياسي أو حركة وعي اجتماعي، تقوم على قيمتي الحرية و المساواة  و ببساطه اشد تعريف العلمانيه هو أن العلمانيه تعني فصل المؤسسات الدينيه عن السياسه و ان نشاطات الفرد سواءً كانت يجب أن تكون غير خاضعة لتأثير المؤسسات الدينية أذا هنالك فرق بين الأثنين ولكن ليس هذا موضوعنا اليوم, سوف اتحدث عن الأسلام من منظور مختلف. 

الأسلام ليس مجرد دين قائم علي اوامر و تشريعات يطيعها المسلمين فقط. و أن الليبراليه التي يكفرها البعض هي مجرد حق يضمنه الأسلام لمتبعيه, فأن الليبراليه تدعو الى الحريه العامه للفرد و لا تهتم صراحة بما يفعله الفرد طالما تكون في دائرته الخاصة من الحقوق والحريات، ولكنها صارمة خارج ذلك الإطار؛ فالليبرالية تتيح للشخص أن يمارس حرياته ويتبنى الأخلاق التي يراها مناسبة، ولكن إن أصبحت ممارساته مؤذية للآخرين مثلاً فإنه يحاسب على تلك الممارسات قانونياً. كما تتيح الليبرالية للفرد حرية الفكر والمعتقد. و الأسلام يكفل مثل هذه الحقوق, فالأسلام وضع له قوانين و تشريعات تنهي افعال معينه لحرمتها و لكن في نفس الوقت كفل للمسلم حريه في فعل تلك الأفعال و ذلك علي انه يتحمل النتيجه. فالله سبحانه و تعالي كفل لك حرية الفعل و القول و الدين حتي و ان كان ذلك علي غرار القواعد الأسلاميه فكلً مسئول عن فعله و الجزاء و العقاب من جنس العمل ذاته و قد اقر الأسلام حريه الفكر و الأعتقاد و ضمن العدل و المساواة و الحريه لكل شخص سواء كان مسلم ام لا حتى المرتد له الحق فى اختيار دينه و عقابه عند الله في الأخره -قد قتل المرتدين ايام الرسول خوفاً علي الدوله الأسلاميه منهم أن يكونوا جواسيس او ما ذلك وليس حجراً علي حرية اختيارهم معني هذا ان ما تنادي به اليبراليه جزء مما يكفله الأسلام. لكن النقطه هنا ان من ينادون بالحريه و العداليه الأجتماعيه الا يعرفون ان الأسلام يكفل كل هذا و اكثر؟ نعم يعرفون هذا بالتأكيد و لكن المنادون بأسم الأسلام اليوم في بلدنا ليس جميعهم بالطبع و لكن الفئه المسموعه و المرئيه منهم لم يقوموا بشئ نافع سوى انهم نفروا المسلمين و غير المسلمين من دين كامل لو طبقت شريعته بشكل صحيح لصلح حال اهل الأرض. لكن للأسف انا لم يعد عندي ثقه في من ينادي بصوت شريعه علي هوى من وضعها ولا علاقة لها بالدين او الله.

There have been many views describing the concept of Liberalism and sometimes people merge it with another definition that is Secularism and other times it is called infidelity. Simply the definition of Liberalism is Political doctrine or social awareness movement, based on the values of liberty and equality. More simply the definition of Secularism is: Secular means separating religious institutions from politics and that the individual activities whatever it was should not be submitted to the influence of Religious institutions. So there's a difference between the two of them but it's not to be our subject for the day, I will talk about Islam in a different perspective. Islam is not just a religion based on giving orders and legislation's that Muslims follows and that Liberalism that most call infidel is just a right that Islam provide to its followers, Liberalism calls for the public and general freedom for one and doesn't really care what he/she do as long as it is in his/her private circle of rights and freedom, but it is very strict of the actions out of these circles; because liberalism gives the opportunity for the one to practice his freedom and to adopt the ethics and morals he/she see  appropriate. But if his practices became harmful to others he is legally punished, Liberalism also provides individual freedom of thought and belief. and the Islam provides such rights, Islam has its rules and legislation that forbids some actions and practices for its Sanctity but in the same time, Islam gave Muslims the right to do such actions and him alone responsible for the Consequences. God almighty, guarantees you the freedom of speech, act, and religious, even if it is against the Islamic rules. All is responsible for his actions and consensuses, and Islam approved the freedom of thought and belief, justice and equality for. All Muslims or not even the apostate has the right to choose his religion and his punishment is before God in the afterlife not before the hand of humans this means that what liberalism calls for is just a small part of what the Islam already provides. But the point here is who calls for freedom and social justice and equality, don't they know that the Islam provides this and more? of course, they do but who claim to call the name of Islam nowadays in our country -not all of them but the vocal ones at least- did nothing useful not only they offended and jeered Muslims and non-Muslims of a complete religion that if its rules and sublime applied properly it would fix everything wrong with the people of earth, but unfortunately, I no longer have confidence in those calling to apply it because they want to apply it with their vision of it and that have nothing to do with Islam or god.
